About me

I am a first-year PhD student in the School of Public Policy at the Georgia Institute of Technology, advised by Professor Cassidy R. Sugimoto. Before starting my doctoral studies, I worked in research labs in Germany and Russia.

I specialize in science policy, with a focus on how geopolitical and institutional factors shape research collaboration and knowledge production. My research develops a conceptual framework for analyzing how states restrict cross-border flows of scientific ideas, people, and resources.
